Happy Labour Day!! I hope that you have some extra time off today to rest from your labour!! But I don’t hope that you use the day off to skip your workout! Both Ironside studios are open today for 3 sessions!! Starting your day with a workout will not only spike your metabolism to burn more calories throughout the day, it will also get your mind in the right place to make healthy choices for the rest of the day!
Working out gets your metabolism going, helps you burn fat, build muscles, feel stronger, feel more confident, fit into the clothes in the back of your closet, help you live longer.. do I need to say more?
Have you ever left a workout session and though ‘Dang I could used that time to do____’ NO! No one ever says that! Everyone always finishes their workout with more energy, a positive mindset ready to take on the day! So do yourself a favour, schedule your workouts, make it a priority. You won’t regret it!!
