While Group Training is our most popular programs, we also offer one-on-one, two-on-one, and semi-private personal training programs.

Ironside Fitness was originally a personal training and injury rehabilitation fitness business, and this remains one of our core strengths to this day. Our fitness coaching staff is certified by a variety of organizations including injury rehabilitation-specific programs.

We have found over the years that Group Training get clients maximum results in a fun way, but if group training just is not for you at this time then personal training may be just what you are looking for!  Heck, the Globe & Mail even did an article on how those that participate in group fitness see better results than those that are “lone wolves” (Click here for the G&A article)

Our personal training programs are designed specifically to suit your lifestyle and fitness goals. Workouts do not ever repeat – so you will not get bored doing the same thing over and over again and start asking yourself “Why do I have a personal trainer if we just do the same exercises every session?” which unfortunately can be a common occurrence in this industry.

If you have a friend or loved one that you would like to workout with we are happy to do two-on-one and three-on-one personal training as well!
