Every day for the next year, you do the same things you did today. You eat the same foods, wake up at the same time, drink the same beverages, go to bed at the same time, have the same activity level, and do the same work.

Similar to the movie, Groundhog Day!

Now imagine this..

Where do those actions bring you in 1 year?

Will you be fitter? Happier? Healthier? Closer to your goals?

Increasing your heart rate daily will strengthen you heart & blood vessels so that they can endure more & keep you healthier longer!

Sweating & testing your lungs on a daily basis will help to detox your body of toxins! Breathing out stale air & eliminating excess salt through your sweat will bring your body into a healthier state of being.

Lifting weights helps strengthen your bones and increase protection around your vital organs.

And most importantly, exercises will produce positive endorphins that will make your happier, more relaxed and keep your mind clearer!!
