Time flies doesn’t it? I mean, can you even believe that it is already June!! The year is flying by! Just like every year before it has. So how do we slow down time? One HUGE way is to put meaning into our days and live every day to fullest! But how do we do this?
Create a bucket list!
One day, you will wake up and there won’t be any more time to do the things you’ve always wanted. Do it now!
By creating a list of things that you want to do, or goals, you will put so much more meaning into your life and ensure that the days aren’t wasted away or forgotten!
This week take time to write down a few items that you would like to tick off this summer! Recently I jumped off the 10m at the Talisman centre, pushing the limits of myself and checking off a bucket list item!
