Happy Victoria Day! I hope that you were lucky enough to have some extra time off today! Both of our studios are open for 3 group training sessions this morning so that you can get your fitness in early and enjoy the rest of the day how you please!

But it’s still #MotivationMonday .. don’t worry I didn’t forget!

#MotivationMonday Change

What does this mean to you? What it means to me, is that to change, to truly change your life, you have to WORK! You have to put in the time, you have to put in the dedication and you have put in the hard work to create that change! I love thinking about this in the realms of fitness. You want to change your body? Great! But you have to work for that change. You have to dedicate your time to being in the gym, you have to dedicate your energy to pushing hard every time you work out. You have to work harder than you ever thought you would! And you’ll have to be dedicated outside of the studio as well. Eating clean, making healthy choices, saying no sometimes! Change does not come in nickels and dimes! You can’t buy your way to a healthy life! You can buy a wonderful trainer, you can buy amazing health products, but that won’t add up to the change you are looking for! So YES, change comes in dedication and sweat! I hope that you work up a sweat this morning while you train with us and keep that healthy mind set all day long!
