As a 52 year young woman, I’ve had my fair share of poorly qualified trainers who produced expensive and unsatisfying results. Through the persistent persuasion of my oh-so-very fit mate, I decided to give the fitness world another try I have had the pleasure of working with Charmaine for the past 9 months. To say that she is a knowledgeable and patient trainer would be an understatement.

Charmaine is the only trainer I’ve had that sees a person for who they are and understands what it takes for that individual to meet their personal goals.
